your rod parcel will via Aliexpress EMS sorting center at first, it will take 3 days China domestic delivery and EMS staff give us tracking number (this job need another 2days), so we need at least 5 days for your rod delivery preparation.
After your parcel arrival, you are required to open parcel and check whether rod condition is ok or not.
please do not harsh to sign your name on receipt paper, if you directly signature acceptance parcel without checking, it means you abandon your right of checking and you acknowledge rod 100% ok.

We do not accept dispute of rod damage/broken after you signature acceptance without checking
If your parcel was accepted by your friends or relatives without checking, later you found defect occured by delivery, you should do such thing:
1. please go to your local post office, fill in and submit form named of CN24 List (Parcel broken & missing record)
2. then please send your parcel delivery tracking No. and all rod damage pictures (must including parcel material broken/damage pictures) sent to mailbox Aliexpress EMS service center’s official mailbox. They will contact and reply you. All loss will be refunded by them.
Under situation A and situation B, if you find rod problem but you can not supply rod parcel material broken/damage pictures to EMS, they will refuse to refund your loss.
