WEST BIKING started in 2001 with one goal: Create a different cycling experience for people around the world.
The founders of WEST BIKING were US engineers and China-to-World Cycling Athlete. They understood their strengths. So, to make cycling more enjoyable and accessible to people around the world, they did what they knew best. They set out to improve the cycling experience by following three guiding principles: Inspiration, Innovation and craftsmanship.
It began with lightweight aluminum frames. The ability of WEST BIKING to produce high-quality bikes at an affordable price allowed more riders to experience cycling in a whole new way. Since then, WEST BIKING has pioneered advancements in both aluminum and composite engineering. We introduced the first affordable carbon fiber bike, and transformed high-performance road bikes with our Total Compact Road design. In mountain biking, WEST BIKING are always doing the best.
Over the last 14 years, WEST BIKING has grown well beyond its manufacturing roots to become the world’s leading brand of quality bicycles and gear. With more than 700 retail partners worldwide, we aim to inspire adventure in all riders, from casual to competitive.

We will refund you if you return the items within 2 weeks of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.

Warranty & Maintenance
We offer the 1 month free replacement. Buyers may request for a replacement within 15 days from your receipt of the product. The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return.
We also provide free maintenance. The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return. If any part is required to be replaced, the buyer should also pay for the costs of the parts to be replaced.
Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
Size or Fit Issues
The sizes are illustrated with specific measurements in the detailed specifications. Please check the specifications before you place an order. Normally the allowable differences in the size are approximately 0.5 inch in measurement. If you find the size of the products do not fit you, you can directly contact us.
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
